Dima and Misha are having a snowfight.
New Year! And so Misha and Dima will tell you about a rare champagne winemaker – Domaine Léclapart from the Trepail village.
Léclapart, adherent of mono-cru, makes 4 very alike cuvées from different Premier cru vineyards. He vinifies them in oak barrels bought from an outstanding producer of wine Burgundy wines – Domaine Leflaive. Every wine has its own name that underlines the individual character and style of the wine.
Dima and Misha compare two of them: L'Amateur, aged in steel, and L'Apôtre - top cuvée, aged completely in an oak barrel.
