A wine restaurant where you can enjoy well-selected wines, the fruit of a long and continuous search that compliments the cuisine of Chefs Maurizio Marsili and Alessandro Lucchinelli.
Restaurant Menu
Our cuisine is based on simplicity, meant as a resolution of complexity. A seemingly “normal” ingredient hides meticulous work to achieve the perfect performance of each product in every dish. This is to prevent any ingredient from playing a simple walk-on role, rather ensuring it is a leading actor travelling in harmony, hand in hand, with the others.
Restaurant Winelist
A wine cellar created without making any compromises. That stems from years and years of tastings and studies right at your fingertips “as is” and free from bias.
They are “Vini Veri”, True Wines, which answer our “Sommelier Evangelista’s” careful selection. A journey that begins from the glass and finishes in the vineyard, passing through the manufacturer, terroir and climate.
