It’s just a term we use. You won’t find it in the dictionaries or encyclopaediae. But think about it. Modern science and technology brought many ways and methods of changing wine\u2019s taste, fixing the winemaker\u2019s mistakes. You get a nearly flawless wine with a fixed set of characteristics. It tastes nice, but\u2026 It isn\u2019t real, isn\u2019t true. Like false Christmas ornaments. So we don\u2019t drink that.<\/p>\n
